About
Dr. Tee Carter—known as The Transition Architect—is a transformational speaker, certified coach, ordained minister, and author who helps people move from breakdowns to breakthroughs.

She specializes in guiding individuals through life-altering transitions—whether personal, professional, or spiritual—equipping them with tools to rebuild from the inside out.
With a Doctorate in Ministry and over 20 years of experience serving in both leadership and healing spaces, Dr. Tee blends faith-based wisdom, coaching frameworks, and real-world experience to help others align with their purpose, reclaim their voice, and design the next chapter of their lives.
As the host of The Unfinished Woman, she leads powerful conversations that create space for healing, identity work, and purpose-driven growth. Her mantra—“Transitions begin with T… and so do tenacity, truth, trust, and transformation”—is more than a catchphrase. It’s a blueprint for becoming.
A native of Chicago, Dr. Tee accepted Christ at the age of six and was raised in a household rooted in service, ministry, and outreach. She witnessed firsthand the impact of showing up for people in their most vulnerable moments—and that legacy continues through her work today.
Her own life has been shaped by transition. The sudden loss of her father shattered her understanding of faith—and rebuilt it into something deeper and more intimate. Her divorce became a sacred turning point, forcing her to surrender what she had built in order to step fully into the life she was created for.
Through every loss, every pivot, every moment of “What now?”—Dr. Tee discovered a higher truth: transformation isn’t accidental. It’s architected.
Today, she empowers others to step out of survival mode and into intentional evolution—offering not just support, but structure.
Because transitions aren’t just endings—they are divine invitations to redesign your life with clarity, courage, and calling.
